Well ive had this for as long as i remember
but my penis head is cracked and dry
no it doesn't hurt at all. It looks wrinkly like a rasin, as if you were in the water for a very long time.

Well, if skin is coming off then I think you shoud talk to a doctor or dermatologist about it. Might just be chafing from masturbation.

If you have vasoline, that should help; just don't apply anything to your penis, that could dry it out; if you get what I mean.
