i keep getting pulsating feelings in my vagina, usually at night. Once you masturbate to orgasm I'm guessing that it will go away. It seems to me that this is just one of those ways that your body tells you that you're REALLY turned on at the moment :D ! The feeling your talking about is the equivelent of the male erection but it's what girls feel when there horny. It's caused by swelling of the clitoris and the engorging of the labia and often happens while you sleep. when this happens to me I'm ussually very wet when i wake up in the morning or the middle of the night if it's very intense.
