Not sure this is the right place but...

I've been going to the gym for about 1-2hours a day for the last couple of weeks and have only been eating one meal a day... Yet I still can't seem to shift any of this weight. I have lost nothing. At all. I don't know what to do... I need to lose about 45-50kg(ideally) want to loose more...

I don't know what to do, I've tried dieting and exercise, not eating.... Everything and nothing seems to be working.

Your problem why your not loosing weight is because your only eating 1 meal at a time. Therefore your body tries to restore its fat.

You fill find if you eat a balanced diet that you will soon start to loose weight.

Try to eat regular because like I said you won't loose any weight if you don't you will just continue to damage your body.

Also when you do eat regularly again, don't expect fantastic results in the first week or if you get them and only loose very small next week, don't be disheartens. This is natural. Weight loss for a lot teenagers and people in general takes time.

Actually, eating 1 meal a day is perfectly fine. Look into Intermittent Fasting.

Meal timing and food choices pail in comparison to total calories and macronutrients.

If you've found that you aren't losing weight, and you're serious about it, look into tracking calories.

Find the amount of calories it takes to maintain your weight here:

^ Subtract 500 from your BMR.
Get 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight. Fill the rest of your calories with foods you enjoy.

Track your calories with this website: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/

Good luck. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

Be patient and consistent. Eating is what fuels your metabolism to work. Your metabolism naturally burns calories, do don't be afraid to eat more often. Just make the portions smaller.

I highly recommend myfitnesspal..it's an excellent calorie counter.

The only thing your gonna accomplish is anorexicia. That's how you become anorexic. If you eat below 1500 calories, that extremely unhealthy. You are not becoming healthier, but your becoming more unhealthy. I cannot urge you enough to eat, eat, eat! Ways to lose weight are:
-Eating 300 calories under metabolic burn (so you should be eating anywhere from 1500-2000 calories)
-Cardio and weightlifting
-30-45 minutes of exercise

Believe it or not, you loose weight when you eat!!! Yes I'm right!!! If you have a balanced diet and eat lots of good foods like whole grains, fruits, and veggies, and you work out, you will start loosing the weight that you need!
