listening to Eminem's Recovery album has a gift. listening to it keeps away the urges to cut, to overdose. im calm, not happy but not trying to die. it doesnt make me eat but it still helps a lot. if i wasnt listening to it probably would have cut badly and heavily overdosed

That album is pretty damn awesome, I'm glad it's helping you. :] I used to listen to 'The Eminem Show' 24/7 when I was younger, it was practically all I ever listened to. It really helped me in ways I don't think I even understood at the time. I hope the album's charm continues, his earlier ones did throughout my younger years... In fact, I'm gonna listen to it now too.
