Everyone develops at a different rate, you're only really at the start of puberty and so there's years left until you're fully developed. Give it time, remember that it is totally normal. Just because someone else has bigger boobs than you shouldn't make you feel bad.

You can't change who you are some girls have massive tits and some have small ones you can't change it so be happy with what you got! But if your really that self conscious wear a push up bra to make em look a bit bigger

Your breast development has nothing to do with your period. I started my cycle 3 years after I strews developing. Your body is different from your friends' so just give it time. You'll get there.

Well I think most people get their period earlier and your boobs dont start for a while after you start your period. Dont worry, Im sure they will grow.

Not every girl is going to get large breasts. Some will be A-Cups for their whole life/or until they have kids. But, if you are that discouraged about it, mine didn't fully come in until I was sixteen. I went from A to C. So.

Your boobs don't really stop growing until you're 25. Of course unless you get pregnant but there's plenty of time and nothing wrong with being small. You're perfectly fine and normal.

its ok some women i have littler boobs and some have big boobs its about your family but dont get mad at your family and its about delolping later than others

There's nothing wrong with you, only it's different with every girl when her boobs starting to grow. You only have to wait a little bit longer.
