Ummm yeah I got the 'if' part. I understood completely. If a random girl offered you and you say you'd accept, then good for you. Still I say hand jobs shouldn't just be given by random girls. Girls probably wouldn't be this accepting. Most people in general would want to at least know the person, and perhaps even be in a relationship with them before accepting anything sexual.
