My right nipple is twice as large as my left one. I'm not developing breasts or anything, it's just that one of them is big and kinda inflammed-looking.

As a med student, that does not sound normal. I'd recommend getting it checked out by a doctor as soon as possible. How long has it been larger than the other? Does it hurt? Does it seem swollen?
