I don't think its too weird. I'm 16 and have a neighbor who is 13 (same age difference as you and your cousin) and I have jerked off thinking about him on multiple occasions. Its probably because our families went to Mexico together over Spring Break and we shared a room to save our parents money. With all the changing in and out of bathing suits, I was able to see him naked multiple times.
