Finally told my sister I am gay! Took weeks of courage and I finally said it! She lives far from me so I was texting her because she'd just had her little girl yesterday :). I said "when you have some time after the baby is settled can I tell you something?" she then said "yeah how about tomorrow?". I was thinking "oh shizz" but in the end it turned out amazing :). It has give me courage to tell my mum and dad and I will hopefully tell them soon enough :). She was fine about it and I can't wait to see her in a few weeks so we can talk properly. Just thought I'd let you guys know on here :).

Wow! Considering your age I envy you! :)

I want to come out within the next year, I've just got some things coming up like concerts with lads and a holiday abroad with lads at school where we have to stay in the same room, so I want to get these out of the way first, the awkward situations if you like.

I've told one girl at school and she's absolutely fine with it. I feel I need to tell my family next though, then move back onto school.

Glad your family seem to be accepting. I imagine your parents will be if your sister is cool with it, shows a good upbringing.

Well done and congrats to your sis' :)

Congrats, trust me the more people you tell the less scared you feel, people are often more accepting of it then we think, depending were you live.

Congratulations :) That's not an easy thing to do. You obviously have a lot of comfort with it and have truly accepted it. Good luck with furthering this process, I wish you the best of luck with all :)
