Friend that I like

Hi everyone,
So I have this girl in my school that I've liked for the past year, but I couldn't do anything because she is my best friend. Yesterday we got drunk and played truth or dare and my dare was to kiss her. The kiss felt great and I want to get together with her. I'm not a very cute/hot guy, but she always complements my style and personality.
Should I ask her out, and if yes, how?

Just tell her how you feel, and if she says no (hopefully she won't) its not the end of the world! Life goes on.

Personally I'd feel out how she feels first it can be potentially very awkward to ask someone out they say no and then try to resume a normal friendship.
Of course if it is something you really want to do then go for it but also consider working out what she might say first.
