My friend sent me a picture of his dick and then we didn't do it ever again after that. I know its considered child pornography but could we get in trouble?

If it is found or distributed, yes. It is a federal crime. Delete the picture and ignore it ever happened.

the only way u can get in trouble is if someone else sees it. Most likely, they will tell other people and those people will tell people and then it will be all over so just delete it and dont say anything about it.

I know you're in the US but in the UK it would depend on how old you are(seems common sense for that to be in the US too, but may not be) if you're both underage then I think you'd both probably have a 'friendly chat' with the police and be on your way.

We had a talk at school about sexting, and if you're sending pictures of somebody under 18, it is certainly considered a crime, even if you are also under 18. Maybe you think that nobody would ever find out, but its very easy to forward a pic and then who knows where things end up.

I would just delete it off your phone and then there is no chance that anyone could find out and if you don't want him to do it again then just tell him.

I would delete it off of your phone, I am not sure if you would get into trouble depending your age if you were 18 or 16 and he was younger then yes you defiantly would. Although two young people doing it might now, again depends. Overall it is simply not worth the trouble.

It depend on the age of consent in ur state. Being in possession of a pornographic pic or vid of a minor is a crime for anyone. In your state if you sent or received pic and ur a minr it's a crime. If one of you is not a minor, it's a much, much more serious crime for the non--minor. Like at a minimum, labeled for life as a sex offender.

If its two adults which are people who are older than the age of consent, it's not a crime. So if one of you is a minor, ya both broke the law.

Its a crime for you if you keep it. If you deleted it right away, you're fine. Your friend is in trouble if someone finds out and press charges. Just delete it and your fine, and dont tell anyone if you want to help your friend. And tell your friend not to do that until he's 18. And the person he's sending it to is 18+ also.
