I don't intend to make a thread for every day, but today marks the first day of working on my new self. I took my jog at 6:30 this morning and ended at about 7:00. It feels really short, but in time I will be running much longer before World War Z strikes. Case in point, I really need to commit if I want to drop the weight. I am at about 210, but I feel like a zeppelin. Health is now my #1 concern.
