How do you correctly measure???? Idk how to do it the real way. I want to know the real size of my penis.. So please help.

mine is 7 inches

you have to take a ruler, place it at the base of your penis (right where the shaft begins), and wherever your head ends is the length.

Also, make sure you measure from the top of the shaft, not the sides or bottom, and try and use a cloth ruler to take into account any curve there may be.
Most importantly, don't round up, and be honest about your size. You're 13, so if you think you are small, you will grow.

Take a good ruler, standing up place it on the top of your penis slide it back to the base of your penis don't press into your skin, and where your penis ends well that's your length. I got about 5.5" like this and I'm 15.

i always measured from the side of mine ?

If you measure from the side it will generally be more variable, and typically come out to a larger number. From the top seems to be the agreed upon method.

For me, I used a cloth measuring tape, and I set it on on base of my penis, on top. I measured to where my head ended, and I got about 7.8 inches.
