I think the best way to "get someone to like you" would be to gain their trust, and friendship, and working your way from there. Not like it's a job or something, but I've gotten girls to like me just by becoming good friends with them, not that it was useful, since I'm gay, but you get what I mean.

Don't try to GET them to like you, if you have to change the way you act or anything then it's not worth it. Just talk to them and get to know them, you'll find out if they like you after that :p
