ok so since baseball start i was 275 now iam arund 260 and baseball is ending soon and i want to keep losing wieght how can i keep doing it? how can i keep myself active? i dont like running and walking 2 miles a day work for a while then stopped. any advice?:confused:

Weight comes off slowly, in small bits, not quickly and all one bit.
Just try sports and see which ones you enjoy and like.
I like netball, swimming and tennis and sometimes do rounders.

Well a lot of people when they want to loose weight comes across the question how much do you want to loose? And are you willing to put the effort? Because it's a lot of hard work!!! But watch what your eating (make a food journal) and put more veggies and fruits instead of candy and soda. And then workout! go biking, running, swimming, ab workouts! There are so many workouts you can do! It's a lot of work, but the question is, are you willing do put the effort in doing it?

If your willing to work hard. Lift weights for about 4 months, then do a 1 month cut, the weight will come off even faster cause of the muscle weight. Look at: bodybuilding.com
