How do i insert pictures from my computer into a post?

Go to a image hosting website, like www.imgur.com to upload the pictures.
Then copy the DIRECT link, click the image icon in the post editer/quick reply and paste the link.
Sorry if the explanation isn't clear enough. Let me know and I'll try to clarify it with pictures :P
