I have never been asked to jack off a friend because he had broken his arm though a friend and I have done each other just because we thought it would be fun.

If I had broken my arm, if it was the left (non-dominant) one it wouldn't have much effect on my jacking anyway and if it was the right one I reckon I'd soon adapt. I use the left anyway sometimes during a session though I always cum with my right so I reckon a little training and my left would be up to the task.
