Hi I am 14 years old, 6'1" feet tall and 154 lbs. I am not fat but I have very little muscle. I have recently starts working out again. I did it because most people my age do and they have nice body's an mine is just blah. I have a small layer of fat on top of my abs and I was wandering how to get rid of all of that. I play basketball and baseball so trust me I do plenty of running and I don't eat bad. I just want to know of a way I could lose that fat an put an muscle there. I do 3 sets of bench flys and push ups for my chest and crunches for my abs and curls for my biceps. I was just wandering if this is enough for me right now, should I add more workouts or what? I really ammore concerned more about my abs:) an I do three sets of everything up there! Haha forgot to say that. Also should I drink protein if so what is a good kind? Thanks guys and girls:)

Look into Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe.

You're going to need a gym membership.

no its not enough, all ur doing is glamour muscles, i know a guy who started bodybuilding when he was 12 and now has 8 years of lifting experience. you gotta do whole body, if u just do a couple muscles then ur not going to lose the fat u have on u. and u dont eat bad, but u dont eat super clean, but thatll come when u start lifting more and better
