Itchy balls

I kno it's a weird title but, does anyone else get itchy balls ? I kno it's not an STD and it's not like a rash or anything like that. I just get it out of nowhere, am I the only one and is this normal ? Oh, and I'm 13, if that helps.

Completely normal, its just like any other part of your body getting an itch.
