Is it possible to sell you soul to the devil?


I saw it in a movie, and I wanted to know if it was true.

Well, yea. If your a satanist you sell your soul for it. But it's a very confusing topic. Many people don't believe in any of that. But as for me, I do believe people do it, for many reasons really, fame, fortune, power. The movie probably had one of those reasons in it too lol
The whole reasoning behind it, is if you sell your soul to Satan, and do his bidding, he will give you one of those things, or all three, or whatever you want. Anything you want that's earthly. But when you die, you will burn in hell with him (im not saying you will, I'm explaining what it's all about). That's also what it is in a lot of those movies, I don't like those movies cause their creepy >_> I watched a movie like that, but I forgot the name (it had a lawyer and he had to do a case against a satanist, it had the guy from the matrix)
