Interesting how more guys have answered than girls :D but being gay I agree with SamB that I prefer shaved or trimmed....I'm a swimmer and shave during the season, but out of season I keep mine trimmed...easier to keep clean and well just something that I think my bf likes as well....

if he doesn't have a hairy body, legs etc. - (ie. mostly smooth) shaved is sooo hot
if he has body hair then trimmed - from seeing guys/men at the nude beach that are seriously hairy everywhere but shave on and around their penis it just looks embarrassingly stupid
