I came across this on youtube whether you like hip hop or not i found the lyrics to be extremley hard hitting. It reminded me of the feeling i felt when the only way i could turn was to cutting myself.

I don't tend I listen to music like this, however you're right the lyrics are somewhat hard hitting. For me, they're actually mostly true. Whether or not others see it this way is another thing, but I think that it's powerful.
