Kindness, sense of humor, shows respect, smart, helpful, not too serious yet not too careless either, confidence. As far as physical characteristics, someone who takes care of herself about the way she looks.

Things like big breasts and lesbian acts are shallow qualities to look in a girl in my opinion. I really don't understand why a girl would think acting like a lesbian is the way to get a straight guy. Kinda stupid if you're looking for a committed relationship with a guy if you're doing stuff with a girl but hell I'm just one opinion.
