That makes no sense to me, since when semen is released through the vas deferens and into the ejaculatory duct, if the semen does not come out then it is sent back and absorbed into the body again, it doesn't get stuck. If something bad has really happened and you seriously cannot urinate, then see a doctor immediately, but I don't think that masturbating really caused this. How would semen be stuck in the penis?
