English Frank - The Dark Road
Ludacris - Runaway Love - Can't really relate to it, but still a hell of an emotional tune.
Plan B - No More Eatin - Not really cry worthy, but gets me pumped up.

Honestly, for me, the list of songs that make me cry is extensive. I rarely cry because of the lyrics, but because of the beauty of the music. Now, there are quite a few songs that make me cry because of the lyrics and the mood of the song.
