I've always liked Marvel as a whole more. Collectively, they have more movies that are better. However, the Dark Knight series makes it a tougher call, but still an semi-easy decision in my book. Marvel has more going for them, they seem to release more movies more frequently than DC.

While Marvel is doing better recently, since the only good thing with a DC character is Nolan's Batman, historically DC's movies are better than Marvel's movies.
The good for DC (in order of release):
- Adam West's Batman
- Superman
- Superman II
- Tim Burton's Batman
- Batman Returns
- Batman Forever
- A History of Violence
- V for Vendetta
- Batman Begins
- The Dark Knight
- Watchmen
- The Dark Knight Rises (probably)
Plus all of their wonderful animated movies:
- Batman: Mask of the Phantasm
- Batman & Mr. Freeze: SubZero
- Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker
- Justice League: The New Frontier
- Batman: Gotham Knight
- Wonder Woman
- Green Lantern: First Flight
- Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths
- Batman: Under the Red Hood
- All-Star Superman
- Green Lantern: Emerald Knights
- Superman vs. The Elite
- and The Dark Knight Returns (probably)
That's 25 movies over 50 years that are pretty well spread out in those 50 years. Whereas Marvel has far less good movies in a far shorter timespan. There wasn't a good Marvel movie until the late nineties and they haven't released a good animated film yet.
The good for Marvel:
- Men In Black
- Blade
- X-Men
- Blade II
- Spider-Man
- X-Men II
- Spider-Man 2
- Iron Man
- The Incredible Hulk
- Kick-Ass
- Thor
- X-Men: First Class
- Captain America: The First Avenger
- The Avengers
- Men In Black 3
Marvel is doing better lately, but DC is easily better. As for what individual series is the best, that's easily Nolan's Batman, or The Avengers franchise if you count the individual films as being part of that series, which I don't.
It might be better to compare their bad movies and see which IP has more of:
Bad DC Films:
- Superman IV
- Batman & robin
- The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen
- Catwoman
- The Spirit
- Jonah Hex
- Superman/Batman: Apocalypse
- Green Lantern
Bad Marvel Films:
- Howard the Duck
- 1990 Captain America
- 1994 Fantastic Four
- Daredevil
- Hulk
- Blade: Trinity
- Elektra
- Fantastic Four
- X-MenL The Last Stand
- Ghost Rider
- Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer
- Punisher: War Zone
- X-Men Origins: Wolverine
- Iron-Man II
- Ultimate Avengers
- Ultimate Avengers 2
- Nick Fury: Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.
Using this metric, Marvel has way less good films, and WAY more bad films. As an intellectual property Marvel is only starting to catch up to DC.

Marvel, in my opinion. Just throwing this out there, please learn how to spell. It was painful trying to decipher what you posted.

Although The Dark Knight Trilogy is my favorite, I gotta give this one to Marvel. That said, DC's animated thingys are usually better...n stuff.

Batman is my favorite but Marvel wins because of Iron Man, Xmen, and most Spiderman movies.

The current years have been good for Marvel, the MCU is the best film franchise in the superhero genre, but the best series of movies have to go to DC for the Dark Knight Trilogy. DC makes better TV shows though(animated and live action), and this fall is gonna be epic regarding shows like the Flash, and Gotham.
