So I was volunteering at this benefit thing for my mom's work by cleaning up and hanging clothes and stuff and right when I was about to put a shirt on a hangar, this guy who's probably about a year older than me snatched it right out of my hands. He didn't laugh or smile or anything... he just kept going. Then throughout the rest of that day, he was trying to flirt with me by knocking trays out of my hands and scaring me. At the end of the day he apologized and stuff, and told me to 'call him', but he really hurt my feelings. Since this was my first experience like this, my question is, do all guys try to be mean to girls to get their attention? Or was this just some jerk that I should just ignore? OR am I just being too sensitive?

I've never been in a relatonship, unless you count that elementary/middle school 'dating' where you say you're dating, but never even talk to each other... haha. So I'm new to this sort of stuff, so to speak.

And I know people just fool around and stuff, but I didn't even know this guy! So what the heck??

I think this guy is a special case. Not many people blatantly are rude to gain girls attention, if this guy was he really needs to re-think his methods because his ways aren't going to get him anywhere. If you know who this is, please tell him what he is doing isn't going to get him any girls and to knock it off. I know both of us don't want him hurting any other girls feelings like this.

That's a really bad tactic to get a girl. Some people may think otherwise, but girls generally dislike being treated like crap by guys.

All guys definitely do NOT do this. Only assholes who don't know any better. I wouldn'y say your too sensitive, he's just a dick.

No, umm most guys want to be the nicest person the girl has meet to grab her attention!
