What the fuck did i just read?!?

I'm not sure if this is the right spot, but just move it if necessary.

I was doing research for a piece of writing that i'm working on and i found this site about how to shoot heroin. at the start of it it says:
"Despite all the lies you've probably heard from parents and other grownups, heroin is actually very good for you. It makes you smart and it feels great! All that stuff about ruining your life is just another lie they tell us to keep us from having fun and so they can boss us around and run and ruin our lives."
And then proceeds to give detailed instructions on how to cook and shoot heroin. It also says stuff like, it's easier to get heroin if you're young because the dealers wont think you're a 'Narc'. It also says that despite what adults say that dealers are friendly and like kids and will sometimes give you free drugs. I'm so disgusted and horrified that stuff like this is on the internet!

Sounds like someone's just trollin'. Obviously none of that stuff is true, and i'm sure anyone with any common sense at all will know better.

I know it's not true but a young kid could read it and believe it

Someone who wants to get lure a kid in and tech them how to ruin the world, or maybe just lure a kid in and want to abuse them while they're on the drug. There are some weird people out there, especially on the internet.

First of all, have you ever dealt with Heroin addiction and or heroin addicts. Secondly, Welcome to the internet. We're all anonymous and we have the ability to troll whoever we want for whatever reason.
