Ok, I find this a little weird.
I kinda find my neighbor sexy. He is 10 years old.
I saw him in a tight speedo today and it outlined his penis and I think he got a boner. I really want to j/o with him.

Well, try out small stuff with him. Like, if you're outside heading inside your house or something and you see him, say "Hi" to him every once in a while. Doesn't hurt to greet your neighbor. From there, it should make it a bit easier to approach him and try to ask him if he wants to hang out some time. If you want to do that, don't rush it. Get to know him and what not. Wait for some time where you guys have been speaking for a while and then bring it up one day when you're both together. Not the best advice but I hope this helps some bit.

well since hes ten years old im not too sure really. but its all about if both of you are comfortable with it. a 3 year age gap is pretty large to be honest but if you want to then there is no harm in trying.
