ok so lately when i reach orgasm every thing comes out and is fine except that when i orgasm i dont feel anything. so after searching online i found out to regain this feeling i need to stop masturbating for at least one month. any suggestions on how to do this?

Like you feel it, but it's not intense at all???
Take online summer school courses to keep busy and always have a book neer. Also I found this fun free online game called legue of legends Very fun

its more like i feel the build up to it but when i achieve orgasm it feels like i never even masturbated except that im not as horny and thanks for your recommendations

i only do it to pervent blue balls...but just try to keep busy, play something like gituar hero, its fun to use your hands in gituar hero.

I'm not sure that going a month without masturbating will help you gain more of a feeling. It will probably be difficult to go a whole month but it is possible. Be sure that you are always busy so you don't get time to masturbate. Try to avoid being alone as well.

its called ejaculatory anhedonia and basically i masturbated too much so i need to stop to regain the feeling of an orgasm

I feel that the solution to this may not be THAT simple. Ejaculatory anhedonia can be caused by medication (particularly antidepressants), alcohol, stress or depression symptoms or hormonal imbalances. I would suggest seeing a urologist who can perform tests to try and see what's going on.
