Is it weird that during puberty you find yourself more attracted to sex and looking at girls? I don't think so, it's fine. I hope you aren't gazing at them or making her feel uncomfortable though, and you should be prepared for a slap in the face, because a girl will notice eventually, you really should not do it as much. And by breast, I hope you mean cleavage.
