hey man, I know the phrase is overused but it is certainly applicable. Don't worry about it. I'm going to guess you are probably in high school at the moment. That is a hard age to get through but its a relatively short period of time. I was just like you. 5' 10" 210 until i turned 16 then almost 285 for two years after that. I had a couple crushes but nothing that ever worked out. If the couple of years after high school have taught me anything it is that high school relations very very rarely work out anyway. If the girls just want to be friends then that awesome. Guys in high school can be dicks. I had more fun hanging out with my friends that were girls than anyone else. During college I put on even more weight and am just now starting to loose it. I have found a girl who appreciates me for who I am and not for my looks. Just have fun for a while and worry about the relationships later. If you are just looking to get laid then find some good porn and some hand lotion. Its just as good and you don't have to worry about getting her pregnant.

take it easy and just have some fun for a while.

Like I said earlier in the thread. Don't worry about it. If you are uncomfortable with your weight keep up the exercise and diet as best you can. Make sure that you are actually dieting though and not just thinking you are. Ask your parents to get you a gym membership and a trainer that does something like cross-fit. This will push you to exercise more regularly as well as teach you proper technique and the correct exercises for you to do. Also think about joining an organization like weight watchers. I used to diet myself but didn't really know exactly what I should and shouldn't eat. Weight watchers will help you with this and help you keep track of your calorie and fat intake as well as other nutritional aspects. It took three years in culinary school for me to be comfortable designing meals for myself. weight watchers may seem silly but you don't need to tell your friends and it helps a lot. You discover that there are plenty of foods you can eat and that dieting is not going without which is often worse than eating a small meal.

As for your friend going down on a girl it could be that the girl just likes him. People will have different experiences at different times and you just need to be patient. I would focus on finding a girl who you can be friends with and then moving on from there. Don't set out with the intention of going down on her because that will never work out. Also enjoy school buddy. I often wish I was back in high school doing it all over again. Not to pick up girls but for the rest of it. carpe diem my friend carpe diem
