hi could anyone help me with this well i hate having man boobs well idk why i have them they are swelling up sometime when it gets hot they get big and when it gets cold they get all small help

Well I'm sure what to tell you about your "man boobs" getting bigger or smaller with the rise and decrease in temperature but I believe you have Gynecomastia or you might want to exercise more
