Worried for parents

I'm just gonna jump right into this, mum used to have a problem with gambling which resulted in us having small amount of money, which made dad work really hard, origionally mum wanted to keep working because dad has hemochromatosis that will make him not be able to work, but mum was recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis which caused her to not be able to work other than the market she co-owns. Today she was told that her acc could be stopped due to her not needing surgery and I'm just really worried that they won't be able to look after themselves let alone me.:(
