So i just binged three pieces of barbecue chicken pizza thinking that i would be able the just purge it up, BUT I CAN'T! I don't know what to do!? I have tried everything except in the shower but i cant do that because we have people over and they will hear. Im freaking out! Tips? Or maybe someone could tell me how fast i can burn off all the calories or something, what do i do? The guilt is going to kill me and im going to get so fat because i haven't eaten ANYTHING in three days so my body will go into freak out mode and store all the fat right? I feel so stupid! im literally shaking...

hey hey hey, calm down hun. everythings going to be ok, eating a lil food isnt going to get u fat alright. and dont purge, best way to stay healthy and skinny is too eat every 3 hours and do 30 mins of cardio in the morning and at night to keep ur metabolism going strong

What makes you fat is not eating three meals a day. You need to eat as well as excersize. The plan stated as above, eating every three hours is healthy and normal.
