How to go about publishing poems?

I am so stuck. i have lots of poems. i would like to publish them, or at least get them headlined or advertised,, but I don't kno how. i'm 14 and just confused. How can I get these published and get some notoriety? :confused:

Well for a while I wanted to get mine published, and my friends said I should get published, but then after many tries looking I realized I don't need my poems published. I have a poetry website to share my poems, and I have friends to share them with. I mean yeah it would be cool to get them published, but it's better when people who know you the best read your amazing work!
