HTC Inspire 4g

Anyone have any problems with it, I have been experiencing the following:

Cannot raging service after going into a area where I do not have any
Cannot type messages into the "Add Text Here" box
Freezing

Anyone experience these problems as well and also, what OS do you run, I currently have 2.3.3...anyone have anything newer?

AT&T is replacing my phone and as I understand it, it shall have the 4.0 OS on it...idk...

2.3.3 is verry buggy. Dont get me wrong i love android but that not googles finest firmware. My advice would be to take the new phone........ As just about anything would be better than 2.3.3....

AT&T is replacing my phone and as I understand it, it shall have the 4.0 OS on it...idk...

My cousin had similar problems repeatedly, so AT&T replaced it with the Samsung Galaxy S II. That may be an option to look in to if the problems happen with the new one. The new Inspire won't have 4.0 ICS though, still 2.3.3, unfortunately. And welcome back Robert. :)

I'm sure on the internet, HTC released the 2.3.5 update to many phones that will not get ICS 4.0, including my phone (HTC Wildfire S), but if you can't find any then you're out of luck.

You could always so a factory reset if worst comes to worst. Either that, or you could learn a little bit of android development and install a tailor-made ROM from xda, though that's a little tricky and you need a lot of spare time.
