I seem to get headaches everytime I make sudden movements, particularly in the mornings when I wake up or don't move for long periods of time. It's always on the left side of my head and throbs horribly for like a minute before going away. Then, if I move around for a bit after, I get the headaches back. I've been taking asprin, but I can still feel it. Anyone have any tips?

Ooh, sounds bad. I dont know what this is, but I might ask a doctor. Sounds serious.

If you sit down for a long time and then get up, your blood rushes because you've 1 made a sudden movement and 2 shifted your weight quickly. It's normal to see dots or feel light headed, maybe even get a small headache. If it really concerns you or you think that it may be something else, see a doctor :D

That sounds somewhat abnormal and there can be a good chance that MoveAlong is right but usually you get lightheaded when that happenes so just in case you should see a doc

I'm not too sure what it could be, possibly something like not having the right amount of salts in your blood) but I think it might be worth going to the doctors to be checked out.
