Gender identity confusion.Please I need help

Ever since I was 5 I was never in sync with my body. I didn't like what the boys were playing with and the teacher constantly moved me towards what the boys were doing. I never liked it. Each night I would pray to god that I would change. That I would wake up and be a girl. I didn't want to be a boy anymore. I hated it and I still do. After a year or so I gave up and I stopped believing in god and became an atheist. I have grown up hiding from my own body. I never like going to pool party's without a shirt on. It scares me. I love cooking and many other things that people would consider girl stuff.My only friends in elementary school were girls. I could actually talk with them and share stuff.I took it a step further and I took the sage test. This is a copy and paste of my results.

They proved that I might have GID. I believe it. I'm scared to tell my parents anything. I'm afraid that I will have to go to a different school and even have to move from the stories I've heard. What makes me different about other transsexuals is that I'm not gay. I'm not attracted to men in any way shape or form. I don't consider my self straight though. I consider myself lesbian. I believe that inside of me is the brain of a 13 year old girl that is stuck. If you have read this far I thank you with all my heart. If you have any tips for me on how to live life PLEASE I beg. I deal with this too. Its gets very hard through puberty, so I suggest that you come out earlier than most so you have a chance to start transitioning(if your family isn't too religious). If you can't get them to listen and help you look into doing what I'm about to do. You can get information online(not on here) to start self medicating, it isn't recommended unless you really know what your doing so do some research. You will get there and if you ever need someone to talk to message me.

Make this well known and have a serious discussion with your parents. I know you don't want to do that but if this is truly how you feel then you need to so that you can talk to a doctor and possibly have a sex change (if you are REALLY serious).

As for how to live your life, well that is going to be up to you. Live it the way you feel that you should. Live it as the gender you believe you are and make sure that you are happy with yourself.

Baby(lol pet names) the only tips I can give is live your life the way you want to be. Me being a gender variant person, I don't restrict myself to any gender specific things, and can't speak 100% from a complete trans perspective, but I can try my best.

I have many transgender friends, and at a point I thought I myself was a transgendered woman. Being trans can be hard at times, but you know yourself that you are a woman. I think, if you know you're parents wouldn't freak out, you could slowly start telling them. That is if they're cool with it. Then maybe you can slowly start transitioning,because you do seem to me as a M2F transgender person.

Transitioning can be an amazing experience, it's just depends on you and how you take it. If you tell your parents, and they take it well, you can start taking hormone blockers since you're at a very young age. And if you already have a female name, you could ask your parents to address you by it.
