for those who dont know what it is: its where you buy hormones to transition without a ''genderdoctor'' knowing

anyway its getting worse everyday. i hate have in the male hormones going through me. im ready to just find something and have it mailed in. i know it will cost a lot but i need them. iif not estrogen i will take an androgen blocker. i know it will be hard to hide it but i cant wait anymore.

What should i do?

Have a talk with your parents and make them understand that you are their daugHter.if they don't use my plan. Run away to a friends house or something(it's a bit far fetched I know) if you wait you will get your hormones don't worry and be patient. I can't wait to get mine either

Talk to your parents then doctors. They can help with this more than we or yourself can unfortunately. Doing any sort of self-medicating can always end bad and not have the desired outcome so you should make it known to your family.

Tori. For some reason I cannot post visitor msgs anymore so here is my answer to your question.mboth my parents are weird in good ways. oth are very acceptant of gay people I'm the only homophobe in the family (SOz can't help it) my mom is sometimes stressed out because she is a teacher. My dad just goes with the flow of everything. I think I have a good chance of being accepted as a girl.
Bonus- my friend Leila is going to help me with girl things, such as dressing ,speech, and basically anything I need to know. I think I am ready to embark on my TS journey

This is a horribly stupid idea. If you don't get hormones straight from a doctor, you don't know what kind of shit could be in them. You also may not get correct instruction how to administer the hormones (injections, application, sublingual administration, etc.) depending on what form they are in. I know that you feel you need hormones more than you need safety- trust me, I've been in those shoes. But wouldn't you rather live a longer life as the person you were meant to be rather than living a shorter life as a result of a failed attempt at reaching that ideal? The risk is not worth the gain. You need to get your hormones from a doctor.

This this this this this THIS!
Please listen to Bradi.

You know all those side-effects from birth control you hear about in ads? Blood clots and worse?
Yeah. Same shit can happen. More easily, since you'd be taking a higher dosage.

Also in most of the US, self-administering HRT is illegal and will set you back farther than it'll put you forward.
[For any FTMs reading, this is especially true with testosterone as it's used as an enhancement drug and can be seriously bad if misued]

I know it's hell going through the wrong puberty.
I know it feels absolutely disgusting at times ('at times' can often mean 'all the time' but point still)

Your sig says you came out last year. If you came out to your 'rents too, they should be able to help you get androgen-blockers from A DOCTOR so you know EXACTLY what you're getting and can get whatever necessary bloodtests/monitoring/whatever you need while on it.
I really don't know what kind of hoops you'd have to jump through to do that, but I do know it's been done and can be done.

Um if you can't still, there's always going shopping?
I'm not trying to minimize the situation at ALL. But, yknow, if you feel safe enough doing it you could always get a bra, or jewelry or a girlier haircut.. Something else to at least temporarily help cope with the dysphoria while you're still stuck in the position you're in.
and there's plenty of pages online on how to make fake boobs with household things that aren't TP

but yes.

I know im just repeating what everybody else is saying but dont self medicate, get perscriptions from a doctor, I dont know if you have walk in clinics in the U.S (ive heard your health care systems messed up ) but if you do go to one. If not wait till your next check up and talk to your doctor without your parents in the room, untill then, do what ShatteredWings said, going drag is better then pretending to be somthing your not.
