I live In a military community of about 2500 people. Each of those with either 2 kids or none. There is this girl that used to come to my school that really like. A year back or so her parents decided that she go to a Spanish school. I was broken. She started dating this guy back at MY school and now that guy just moved away. She came crying to me because we are great friends. We talk lots over Skype. So I got the balls to say that a liked her. She has spoken to me since but WAY less.:(. She has told me before that she likes me. What can I do even to just become friends again.

Tell her you are there for her and make it obvious that you understand the fact that she may not be interested romanticlly.
Try talking to her, but give her space if that's what she wants.

Have you heard of 'Friendzoning' This is what had happened, She says she likes you you say the same. The fact she came crying to you shows massive friendzoning.
