Is she gay? To be honest I do the footsy and "Fuck you", "I know you want to" thing with my friends quite a bit and I'm not a lesbian. I don't think she's trying to imply anything, she's just messing around. You shouldn't try to analyse everything someone does, it takes the fun out of it. :)

This has happened to me with many of my friends, it's just a friend thing. Like, when you say fuck you, the response is normally 'I know you want to' in a joking way. If you don't think that it was in that way, you need to think why, I mean, it might mean something to you. I'm a lesbian and this still happens, does that mean I want to fuck them? No. It's a friend thing. You don't have to be a lesbian to be jokey like that, and I don't think you are, then again only you know.

I'm afraid thought that she might have been trying to tell me she was gay... if that is really it then she will be confused and think I'm rejecting her so I'm really confused

Well if you don't mind explaining then what were the other things she did that creeped you out?
Also just reassure her that she can tell you anything, that you'll be there for her and always accept her no matter what (although try I'd advise trying to be a little more subtle than that).
