Click on the scales at the bottom of the user information to the left of the post, and select whether you want to give positive or negative rep.

Although you have negitave rep so you won't give or take anything away.

You can only give natural rep.

neutral rep*

It appears as a bluish grey block if you receive neutral rep. Nothing happens, although, it's nice to know someone tried to give rep, but couldn't.

Unless it was for a neg rep. Although if they leave no comment then you can assume it was for good purposes as if you neg rep someone you have to leave a comment. Where as if you positive rep them then you do not have to leave a comment.

You can't find out unless they actually put on the rep why they gave it and their name. if you think you're undeserving if the rep then you can report it and ask a mod to look over it for you and if appropriate, delete it. Usually rep would be given for the post that is also under User CP.

unless they sign there name like for example <Comment>~Silver Assassin, you cannot find out who gave you a neg rep.

The only thing you can do is speak to Scarface or Donkey as they might review your case for you and if it was abusive or totally unnecessary then they will lift it.

A word to the wise. Don't use the word "unfair" a lot as they will probably not (don't 100% quote me on this) take it away. However if you explain the situation to him then I am sure they will consider removing it. However they won't always.

Hahaha not sure this is true bud if it's misuse of the reputation system, regardless of how the user describes it, it will be removed.

I was more meaning try to not use the word "unfair" because what I might think is unfair you might think is completely fair. That's all cause from previous experience I have learned to avoid using the word "unfair" as it tends to back fire. That was all I was meaning by it.
