How Do I Show My Interest?

I like a guy I work with and I'm fairly sure he likes me too, but how can I show him that I'm interested? :)

Ask him to hang out with you outside of work and see where it goes from there. But if you don't want to go there yet or at all then just always greet him when you come in and smile at him a lot. Talk to him when you can but just be careful to not get fired because of it. He should probably get the hint if he hasn't already. ;)

Ask him to hang out outside of work. Ask him to go get some drinks or go to a movie or lunch.
Or again as will said just smile at him time to time and talk to him when you can.

Like everyone said, hang out with him outside. Get to know him!! Find similar interests, and do them together. But don't like do it all right away, because then that would be to forced, but take time! Best relationships are the ones that take time to build, and not made right away.
