I think the LIRR. Long Island Rail Road. Undoubtedly the nation's busiest, serving 302,000+ daily. What do you think?

That's funny. I live in Eastern Nassau, around Bethpage. We take the Ronkonkoma branch. Yeah I can't wait to run into her.

You didn't include BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit), PatLovesMacintosh might kill you when he sees this thread.

So I'm voting for BART, even if its not on the poll options.

I live in California but I have no idea what the fuck Caltrain is, but I'll vote for it anyway.

Doing a little reasearch, it seems Metro-North beats all. :P

Well, Pat would knwo that BART is not a commuter railroad. i've talked to him about it. BART is an inner city link type of railroad.

Nuh uh! LIRR which is Metro-North's sister railroad, has much more riders than the Metro-North.

Wanted to vote for BART too :(

Oh well, voted for Caltrain as sometimes the Caltrain stations are conjoined with the Bart Stations (for example Millbrae)

Technically, BART is rapid transit and not Commuter rail, but I love BART so much that I think it should count :)

Caltrain is a line in the South Bay. It's okay, I vote for it because of convenience (Station about 5 blocks from my house, and hourly trains, compared to the 2 hourly trains that metrolink has)
It also has many connections to other transit modes like BART and VTA light rail so yay :D

Also, You should add in Amtrak California!
