Well, initially, I was reading posts by various people, including Marshki Cyanide and someone called RaeNose on self-harm, and I figured I'd sign up and make my own topic on it, and the I ended up sticking around.

What's something cool that has happened to you? Cool? I punched out a glass door once with my bare fist when I was younger and I have a huge scar where the glass sliced my arm open. I've fired several big assault rifles before (AR-15, AK-47, HK-91). I was forced off of a big wall once and fell and cracked open my skull on a cinder block. I was in a car wreck and hit my head and was never the same again afterwards (when I first started becoming introvert). Not sure if all of these are exactly "cool" things though.

As a moderator of another website, I've sat back and watched the supportive atmosphere diminish into practically nothing as of late. Without an active administrator who cares, the site is practically dying. Surprisingly it still traffics over a thousand active members per day, but without someone who cares about its member (who has access to coding, etc) the site will become nothing. Instead of a wonderful support site it once advertised to be, it's practically a wormhole of surplus spam. I guess, in a sense, I've sought out to find a place that actually appreciates the help that someone gives. A site with active, friendly members. A stable moderation team made up of more than a few active mods (which gets annoying if you're the only one really making actions -_-), and above all an active administrator who cares about the site, it's future, and everything that pertains to it.

Have you read the FAQ and rules?: To be honest, no. But I think I'll be good to go, being that I know how forums run and the conduct which is acceptable on them.
