For a few years now, I've been noticing these bite marks/dent looking marks on the head of my penis. They only become visible when there's no moisture at all and it becomes really visible from there. It's like something got pressed on to it really hard. I'm not really sure how to explain but would someone have an idea of what it might be or what got them there?

youve answered ur own question as you said they appear when theres no moisture, these could jus be the result of ur head drying out.

are you cut or uncut?

I'm uncut, but I've recently been able to pull my foreskin all the way back. And what I meant is that it becomes more visible when it's dry. The moisture seems to hide it but I can still see it if I look closely..

I'm not to sure what it could be to be honest, but if it worries you then go see a doctor. :)

I've never really heard of that happening before, so I don't really know what to make of it. Is something being pressed against it in your pants maybe?

Not that I know of. I wear normal underwear and my foreskin's always over the head. Think of biting your arm with your teeth really hard, and there's that visible bite mark. It eventually goes away but in this case, it seems like it's permanent. I'm not really worried about it but wondering what it could be. It's always the same marks as well, in the same area, so maybe something happened there or I was born with it. I don't know though.

Maybe you were bit real hard when you were much younger, or maybe your penis is just like that. The latter is always a possibility
