i view objectivity as dishonesty. there's countless other objective views that we dont submit to but we're not normally seemed as arrogant for doing so. rejecting the christian god would only be arrogant under the premise that the christian god is actually an important thing to reject. and asserting this premise is arrogance on christianity's part.

Because when we reject God who created us and given us everything that we have we say that our ideas, thoughts and actions are better than His

The main idea of this video, I think, is that refusing to accept the "objective reality" of the Bible makes you a selfish bastard who only believes in themselves, and that "submitting" to some sort of third-party philosophy makes a person better. Which is, of course, to put it simply, complete bullshit. The speaker in this video is basically pulling out the "how can you be moral without God?" argument, but with slightly different wording.
Because when we reject God who created us and given us everything that we have we say that our ideas, thoughts and actions are better than His
And what's the alternative to this? If society treats the idea of submission and faith as good virtues, while intellectual independence is some sort of corrupt characteristic to be avoided, we'll almost certainly revert back to the Middle Ages. The viewpoint that you, OP, are advancing advocates the destruction of rationality and independent thought, all because some arrogant religious deity can't handle people who don't believe in him. According to you and the people that you follow, the only way for one to live properly is to completely submit to the Bible. In your ideal world, there is no room for independence. No freedom. It's an authoritarian system that actually teaches people that their own existence, their own opinions and ideas, are worth absolute shit because they undermine godly authority.
The speaker in the video claims that due to the "distractions" of society and family, man is becoming god. He argues that without submission to the Bible, individuals descend into an "arrogant," self-destructive mindset that encourages greed. However, he seems to ignore the very existence of society itself. It's absolutely ridiculous to argue that without the word of God, mankind will collapse. Secular morality is a well-founded concept that's been developed since the Enlightenment era. Society no longer needs religion to provide a comprehensive ethical base. Everybody knows that it's wrong to steal, to murder, or to violate the rights of any other person in any way. Those aren't values that somehow erode when God is removed from the equation. Again, attitudes like the ones presented in your video grossly underestimate the capacity of human beings to act rationally, and treat us all like animals who need to be tamed by some master God because we're simply "not good enough". It aims to destroy any semblance of independent thought, because apparently thinking for yourself is greedy and wrong. There was a time when religion brought some stability and restraint to a hostile world, but those days are gone. If we're going by what's written in the Bible, than it can be argued in a number of ways that the modern person's thoughts and actions are more reasonable than God's. I mean, we're not living by first century values anymore, are we?

How do you know that there is a god who created us and gave us all our ideas?
Also, living by the bible would not be good for the world at all. The bible is filled with contradictions, which make it impossible to understand what it is trying to say. It also has many atrocities and immoralities.
It is very possible to live a moral life without the bible or a religion.
