Foreskin is skin that covers the head of the penis. Only uncircumcised guys have foreskin because it was not removed.

Not only Jewish people get circumcised - there are a lot of Christians and other religions who do it to. There are also some atheists and agnostics. It's all individual choice on whether to have their kid cut, rather than a requirement :P

Although foreskin may also be removed because of medical problems.
