Some things need to be locked, its just the way it is. If you don't think it should have been, why don't you report it, your opinion will be seen - doesn't mean that anything will happen though. Moderators have a job to do, they do it, shit happens that you don't like. This thread will probably be locked anyway, and you could just take it up in private with the moderator in question instead of posting a thread.

I'm not sure if you're aware, but if you look at a locked thread, the moderator who locked it will give the reason for why it is being locked. Threads don't just disappear on these users. The lock reason is given to them in the thread, and if the thread needs to be deleted then they are appropriately messaged about it. If you think this is unfair, you must have not really read the rules because I don't think they could be much simpler to be honest. There are the general site rules and then at the top of each section there are the individual section rules. This isn't a hookup site, this isn't somewhere to come and figure out how to get people to get freaky with you, this isn't a site to come and learn how to beat one out - questions that are inappropriate will be locked, and that's that. If you have an issue with this you can send me, or any other staff member, a PM about it, rather than taking it up publicly in a thread - by the way this would be in the wrong section if this were going to be discussed in public.
If you'd like to take this up further, private message one of the two administrators about it, or any other senior staff member.
